dada e il dadaismo
Secondo i dadaisti stessi, il dadaismo non era arte, era anti-arte. Tentava, infatti, di combattere l’arte con l’arte. Per ogni cosa che l’arte sosteneva, Dada rappresentava l’opposto. Se l’arte prestava attenzione all’estetica, Dada ignorava l’estetica; se l’arte doveva lanciare un messaggio implicito attraverso le opere, Dada tentava di non avere alcun messaggio, infatti l’interpretazione di Dada dipende interamente dal singolo individuo; se l’arte voleva richiamare sentimenti positivi, Dada offendeva. Attraverso questo rifiuto della cultura e dell’estetica tradizionali i dadaisti speravano di distruggere loro stessi, ma, ironicamente, Dada è diventato un movimento che ha influenzato l’arte moderna.

Biografia
Armando Greco ( in arte Lexus, chitarrista della band) e Cristina Tirella ( voce e referente vocale del gruppo) sono i due creatori e fautori del progetto Love Darkness nato pressappoco a ottobre 2011.
Il duo prende spunto dal dark-gotico dei primi anni 80, con riferimento ai primi Cure e Joy division, le sonorità proposte dalla band sono melodiche e nello stesso tempo depresse, il tutto in corrispondenza con lo stile malato e intimista di quel periodo musicale.
I contatti che fanno riferimenti alla band, provengono e interagiscono anche con agli ambienti sperimentali del milanese, soprattutto per quanto riguarda band come i primi Afterhours.
